About
I am a jewellery maker based in Leeds. I work mainly in enamels, silver and copper, but my experimental route means I am open to anything within the process of creating my work.
I spend a lot of time in my jewellery making space just pottering about, so in 2017 I decided to set up Valmont Studio.
Some days I add to my stock, other days I experiment with new ideas. I have successes and failures along the way.
Like most people I get a lot of inspiration from nature. I also love the man-made, industry, architecture and machinery, especially once it's passed it's best, when nature claims some of it back.
